This modernisation was carried out on behalf of Compton Property Management, the 4 floor building is served by one electric traction 630kg passenger lift that stopped working suddenly, initial findings were that the obsolete control system had failed completely, the control system was replaced by a UK manufactured microprocessor system and the complete installation was rewired with the lift back in normal service in 2 weeks.
