We provide a 24 hour, seven days a week, 365 days a year – emergency callout service for our contracted customers.
When your lift breaks down it can be a stressful situation for all parties, such an elderly relative living on the top floor who relies on the use of a lift to support their day to day activities, a care home whose staff require the use of a lift to aid the transportation of vulnerable passengers or an entrapment in a residential block; you can rest assured that our lines are manned 24 hours a day, year round. Our team of friendly operators will always ensure that your concerns are their top priority. We are armed with highly skilled, professional engineers located in London, the surrounding home counties, and major cities throughout the UK, who are always ready to assist and will ensure a rapid response time to remedy your lift, making it safe to use and at minimal disruption.
We work across various models of vertical transportation ranging from, passenger, platform, dumb waiters, car lifts, dock leveller, scissor lifts, mobility lifts, goods & services and escalators or moving walkways.
Our engineers travel with the most common spare parts on hand. If a part is unavailable at the time of your callout, this will be escalated to our in-house Repair team who will provide the necessary support to acquire your required parts as quickly as possible.
All our documentation is compliant, regardless of if we turn up for a one-off callout, all our customers will receive a worksheet which identifies the engineer’s findings and observations from the time of arrival to job completion.
Further recommendations are passed over to our Service team for oversight
If you would like to explore the option of having a maintenance contract with us, our Service team will follow up with you directly – and talk you through our various packages that fit your needs and requirements. All of our service agreements are in accordance with the Lift & Escalator Industry Association requirements of which we hold full membership to.
