We are pleased to say that our office management team is a 50/50 makeup of women and men, something we can celebrate daily as it reflects our commitment to an inclusive, balanced workplace where everyone thrives and contributes equally.

We read an article the other day which said that the lift industry is seeing steady progress in recruiting women to the sector even though it is still quite male-dominated. In technical and lift engineering roles, women make up around 2% of the workforce, but surveys show positive momentum: many companies report increases in female employees over recent years, and a majority wanting to get more women working in the field.

Broader efforts in recruitment, mentorship, and inclusive practices are helping bring fresh ideas to safety, innovation, and sustainability, proving that diversity truly elevates the entire industry.
