Social Media Competition Rules

  1. Eligibility:
    • Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
    • Participants must reside in the United Kingdom.
  2. Entry Requirements:

    •  Follow and subscribing to our STUCK IN THE LIFT podcast, either on Spotify and or Apple.

  3. Prize Delivery:
    • Prizes will not be shipped to PO boxes.
    • Winners must provide a valid UK residential address for prize delivery.
  4. Competition Period:
    • The competition starts on Monday 24 June and ends on Monday 1 July.
    • Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
  5. Winner Selection:
    • Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries via a generator.
    • Winners will be notified via direct message on social media within 7 days of the competition closing.
  6. Claiming Prizes:
    • Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize.
    • Failure to respond within this time frame may result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be selected.
