This building is served by a single 450kg hydraulic lift serving 4 floors manufactured by Becker Lifts that has now passed its working life expectancy and has many obsolete parts. The scheme we have offered is to retain the hydraulic cylinder and replace oil seals, supply and install a new hydraulic tank and power unit, replace the control panel with a UK manufactured Microprocessor system, replace all buttons and indicators, replace the door operator with a variable frequency unit, replace or add all necessary Health and Safety features to bring into line with current regulations, rewire the complete installation.
